ELEVATE YOUR HEALTH and HAVE FUN SUMMER SERIES
Eating Smart Being Active (ESBA) is an opportunity for Parents and Kinship Caregivers to participate in a fun seminar this summer. Participants will enjoy an hour of fun cooking and tasting healthy foods while discussing ways to encourage children to eat and be active with their caregivers, with less refusal. Participants who complete the 9-lesson series receive lesson reinforcements (gift cards, completion certificates, free groceries, and/or kitchen gadgets).

This seminar series will be fun and interactive with hands-on activities. Registration is required. You can register by contacting Mary Close at mkc244@cornell.edu. There are class openings Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM. Each class is 60-90 minutes, 1 day per week. Class locations are throughout Chenango and Madison Counties to be announced when times are locked in.
