Get ready for a colorful day of creativity and outdoor fun at Kids and Kites! Chenango County youth will have the opportunity to paint and decorate their very own kite and then watch their creations soar through the sky. This program encourages creativity, outdoor activity, and plenty of fun for youth of all ages! This program is open to the public thanks to the Chenango County Youth Bureau.
