New Year New You Information Meeting

The Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is hosting an Informational meeting on January 20, 2025 at 1:00. Refreshments will be provided. Come learn what EFNEP can do for You and Your Family for FREE. Registration and successful completion of the Eating Smart Being Active program grants a Certificate of Completion from Cornell University. EFNEP has a proven track record of assisting families (Parents, Grandparents, Kinship Caregivers), young adults (18-25), and youth (3rd-12th) in the following areas:

• Improved management of Chronic Health Conditions
• Safely store and prepare food
• Assist families with picky eaters at home
