Join us for a tour of Trinity Meat Company is a USDA meat processing plant in Hartwick NY. The company began as Larry’s Custom Meats, and under new ownership, renamed the business Trinity Meat Company. The Company is a USDA certified plant processing beef, hogs and lamb and have a USDA Inspector on site daily. He will be going over cuts of meat for beef, lamb, and pork.
