This two-day workshop covers building relationships with buyers, customer management, record keeping, pricing, grading, packaging, uniformity and consistency, as well as food safety. Hands-on activities and opportunities for peer learning and small group discussion, along with one break-out session for livestock and produce farmers, are included.
