Specialty crops eligible: (this is not the full list, but rather an abbreviated list of crops likely to be for sale in NYS between Jan 15 and April 15) The payment in the first column you would get for every unit that you sold between Jan and April. The second would be for product that left the farm but you didn’t get paid (between Jan and April) and the third column is for inventory that you had as of January that you weren’t able to sell by April 15th (could be inventory that matured and you destroyed because there was no market)
