Grape Salad

Source: CCE Chenango County SNAP-Ed 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. seedless grapes, washed and cut in halves
  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Sunflower Seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, and brown sugar until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat.
  2. Top with sunflower seeds. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
