Grow, Cook, Eat


Are you interested in growing your own food, cooking simple, healthy recipes and saving money at the grocery store?  Do you want to increase your physical activity level and safely preserve your harvest?  If so, Grow, Cook, Eat may be for you!

Each participant receives:

  • One on one orientation
  • Community Garden (CG) Plot OR can choose to garden at home
  • 5 Gardening Classes 
  • 5 Cooking/Nutrition Classes 
  • 3 Food Preserving Classes 
  • 3  hours of Physical Fitness Classes or group activities
  • A Grow, Cook, Eat Planner/Calendar
  • Wrap up Class at the end of the program
  • Additional Classes can be taken for a discounted rate of $5
  • Registration Fee is $50 (non-refundable)
