These classes are taught by Cornell Certified Master Food Preserver Volunteers and/or Staff. To register please call 334-5841 ext 11 or 20.

Preserving Blueberries

Learn to safely turn fresh blueberries into jams, jellies syrup, and fruit leather. All materials and ingredients provided. This is a hands on class. Please wear closed toe shoes and bring an apron if you like.
