We will discover some simple ways to increase physical activity each day. We will look at the benefits of physical activity. We will make a healthy snack recipe that you will be able to enjoy. If weather permits we will be able to talk a walk around the block during our class for a stretch break. I will also be having a co-host Kelly Ames from Fidelis that will be talking about Health Insurance at the end of our class. Come join us and have fun!!
