We will identify ways to include fruits and vegetables into daily meals. We will also look at the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. During the class we will be preparing a delicious recipe that focuses fruits or vegetables. Also weather permitting and, if time is available we will be able to take a short walk around the block to get up and moving during the class! I will be having a co-host Kelly Ames from Fidelis to talk about health insurance at the end of our class.
