We are excited for our 2019 Farm to Fork, a Taste of Chenango!

The Chenango County Agriculture Development Council invites you to be part of an exciting showcase for Chenango County’s great farms, restaurants, and beverage companies:

Farm to Fork, Taste of Chenango 2019

Farm to Fork, Taste of Chenango event features fresh produce and product displays, tastings, and 2 creation tasting stations. Opening day at the fair is the perfect place for all local producers to showcase the great tastes found in Chenango County. At the “creation tasting stations” local chefs create culinary treats using locally grown products and vendors selling locally sourced produce and products will be placed throughout the event space. Fair week is always a time to celebrate and be proud of local agriculture. Chenango County is home to more than 290 meat producers; 140 dairy producers; 2 dairy processing plants; 83 fruit and vegetable producers; more than 20 maple producers; over 140 egg producers; and many restaurants that feature local products.

The Agriculture Development Council in association with Chenango County Cooperative Extension, looks forward to presenting you with their annual  Farm to Fork, Taste of Chenango. The event offers fair-goers the opportunity to sample and purchase local foods, both fresh and freshly-prepared by local chefs. Sampling and sales of all foods will be allowed with valid proof of all applicable permits and licenses if needed by law. There will be no cost to participate in this event in its second year. To join us for Farm to Fork, Taste of Chenango please complete and return the enclosed registration form. Space is limited, all registrations will be reviewed and registrants contacted for further discussion.
