Due to continuing changes during covid19, we have modified the normal Chenango County 4-H Fair Book, section offerings, contests and entry process to make our Ag-Stravaganza a safe and fun event for all involved.
You will also notice that there are new liability forms and a safety plan included in your entry materials.Please take the time to fully read all that has been sent to you.We will be strictly adhering to all procedures, no if’s, and’s or but’s!Liability forms MUST be completed and returned with entries.
The Designated Chaperone Form is also due at entry, for every youth exhibitor.Youth MUST have an adult chaperone on the grounds AT ALL TIMES during the event.We are also limiting participation at this event to the exhibitor and in-state family only.All spectators will be subject to health screening before admittance onto the grounds.
